A calculation tool, not a coach

The app applies the repetition, RIR, and weight-increment rules you configure. Its repeat-or-increase result is arithmetic, not medical, training, or safety advice. You remain responsible for choosing appropriate exercises and loads. Stop and seek qualified help if you have pain, injury, or health concerns.

Your data and backups

Training data is stored locally. You are responsible for exporting backups before clearing site data, changing devices, or removing the app. We cannot recover a local log.

Compass Plus purchase

Compass Plus is a one-time $12 license that unlocks full on-screen history and future convenience views on verified devices. Core logging, configurable progression, offline use, accessibility, safety information, and CSV export remain available without purchase. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles payment and refunds. A refund or charge reversal revokes the license. Keep the license from your receipt private.

Availability and liability

The app is provided “as is” without a guarantee that it will meet every training need or remain error-free. To the extent allowed by law, the provider is not liable for training decisions, injury, lost local data, or indirect damages arising from use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions can be sent through Sociobot.
